Born under the sign of The Bull, his mother was in a pub at the time. Graduated "cum loudly" from the University of Delusion. His first fifteen jobs didn't really work out, although he expressed a fleeting interest in taxidermy before settling on a career as economic advisor to the tiny village of Clapton-on-Cream in the beautiful heart of the Clodswalds.
When the villagers were forced into penury and sold off to the white slave trade he considered he had accomplished all that was possible in the field of economics and returned to his first love, idle loitering.
