I write primarily for my own enjoyment. As a 'pantser ' I never plot but begin with a general idea and let the story take it's own direction as I write.

It is incredibly satisfying to see my tales read by many thousands of readers.

However, it's also soul destroying that so few readers can't take a second or two to vote for the story after hours of tapping the words into my iPad.
