A friend encouraged me to write these two stories after hearing me tell the plots and scenarios to her verbally; though not in such detail. She said, I should share them with everyone so, others might enjoy them too. These stories are my effort to try and capture the essence of a couple of true life events that happened to me. The Awakening is a reoccurring dream I've had for almost as long as I can remember, and The Beach Nut something that happened during my early twenties.
