I am a very maternal person in mind and appearance, both. While not a pretty person physically, I have an engaging smile that seems to rapidly disarm children and men of all ages.
A bit of a geek, I am a disabled veteran, and work in two very disparate fields, those being human services (care of those with disabilities) and electronics technician and assembly. My interests range from musical performance, listening to folk and classical music with an absolute addiction to Celtic folk styles, reading, writing, participating in the SCA, history studies, mead making and various online chat and exploration. My reading tastes range widely but can be perhaps categorized as 40% factual and historic reference, 30% science fiction, 15% traditional literature, and 15% random other categories. I am mother to three, two of whom are now adults and out of the home. I am currently engaged to marry and am straight and monogamous (note that is NOT spelled monotonous)in orientation.
