I recently read a story which I didn’t think was very good and my critique reflected my opinion. The next person to comment said to ignore my comment because I’d never written any stories and my opinion was worthless. I have written a lot of stories under another name. For my own reasons I prefer to keep my comments and my stories separate.
You don’t have to be a writer to know whether a story is good or bad.
