I love to cook! I'm an expert in making one pot meals - soup, stew, bisque, risotto, gumbo, mmm. I'm also a bread baker and love to dabble with cakes, pies, and cookies. While I cannot frost a cake to save my life, I can make cheesecake that is to die for. I'm also a fiddler - Irish. I can fix and build stuff all manly like, plus I love to garden. In general I'm good with my hands.

Oh, and yes, I can sail a boat. Night sails are great when the wind is from the south.
