I work all my life on shedding layers of shame and becoming more openned and accepting.

In my young adult period I came to realize, that the exhibitionist side of my persona has a much bigger influence on my behavior than I actually admitted to myself. This led me into practising nudism in various ways. Later on it led me into practising Tantra that gave me a wonderful experience in body acceptance and sexuality.

As strange as it may sound, writing is the last stage, for now, in searching my exhibitinist side. Exposing ones innermost parts is the hardest.
