I'm a crossdresser living in in San Francisco. I've been dressing for years and find great pleasure indulging my occasional urge to dress and "present" as a female.

I'm not exactly sure what started my "Venus Envy" but I clearly remember when I was a kid I was fascinated by the promotional pictures of the "female impersonators" posted outside the Drag bar that was in my neighborhood. They showed big hair, thick eyeliner sex-kitten, glamourous females that were actually not females at all. I remember being strangely compelled to check ever now and then to see if the pictures had changed. I'm still both desirous and envious of the classic sex symbols of my formative years. Sophia Loren, Gina Lollabrigida, Brigitte Bardot, Rita Moreno, ect..

Later, when in college I studied art, another significant influence on me was <a href="http://www.philamuseum.org/collections/prints_drawings_photo/1957-49-1.shtml"> Marcel Duchamp</a> who was not only a notorius crossdresser but an incredible artist and enigma.

Crossdressing is probably a fetish for me. I'm still both desirous and envious of the classic sex symbols of my formative years. Sophia Loren, Gina Lollabrigida, Brigitte Bardot, Rita Moreno, ect..
