I am a monogamous, happily married, middle-aged, hetero man. I appreciate good writing, and try to contribute my share. I also appreciate thoughtful criticism of my writing, positive or negative. The good criticism strokes my ego, but the negative criticism makes me a better writer. Probably like every other writer here, the moralizing and judgment of anonymous commentors who seem to be surprised and offended by adult content on an adult site annoys me. I write fiction. It isn't real. I don't write about STDs, safe sex, or the often catastrophic downsides of marital infidelity. These things get in the way of a good story, and I trust the reader is adult enough to understand that, as I mentioned before, this is fiction, not reality. |
