I didn't delete it, the mods did. They accepted it, then rejected it a week later. They also rejected the second chapter, "Chucky." I have plenty of words I'd use to describe them, but I don't want to hurt their sensitive feelings. The problem is they clearly didn't read the stories. Their rationale for the rejections are bogus and misinformed and likely came about due to a word finder program. This site is a hellscape for writers as far as I'm concerned, but I can't deny it has the best viewing numbers so it behooves me to stay.
