yes, I am alive, and I have been writing.

thank you all so much for your support and comments. it's still so thrilling to me that (some of) you actually want to read more. I'm trying; it's getting there.

hopefully chapter 2 of games will be done this weekend. in the meantime, I've been working on another story that will, with any luck, turn out much better than the real life event that inspired it....
