Turning towards the shore
vast breakers shoaling
against the barriers of The mind
Can they stand
alone against the surge
Keep it at bay?

succumbing slowly
lassitude overcomes us
limbs askew Odd positions
Eyes beseech
Plead

Will one receive
Or shall it be only a supplicant
Mired in red
raised in crimson
Take this and Use it

and as the breakers meander
into soft shallows
Rise up
Beams
Its sinewed
             renewed
                       and resurgent
belly softly ensconced
