Who sits in silences,
                     golden and lonely;
who can take that heart and make it dead,
only some can.
                     play with Me will you,
jostling crowds cover the whole chimera.

He has none and she took all
as ever and again, that supplicant theme,
that distraught mood,
smiles and grimaces
                     and the lies flooding
who can take,
who can make and, without the other ,
who stays, what stays,
Take and make Mine,

Bring  see colors
colliding
systems failing,

silent sounds
                     Deep chasms,
rushing winds

their steps cut into
slippery slopes
Taken together
stay she begged and He did
                           as asked
but why,
even she did not know

Zounds! - Silent Sounds

A good one,

but I would see one change made:

"Bring see colors

colliding

systems failing,

silent sounds

Deep chasms,

rushing winds"

"systems failing" is too harshly modern for my ear given the rest of the work.

Oh Razz!

What a beautiful piece of writing, so thoughtful and delicately wrought. This is one of your best. :) Ange.
