So many people - so many gazes
Things that go bump and others
that squeal when riven through
That feeling inside,
why again, why only the main ones

Hoping and looking,
seeing with blind moves, nothing less
Lies and calumnies
Meme choses dans la nuit
but are they?

He walks alone and she follows
in those caterwauling
footsteps
He leaves in the soft sand of His desires
she was engulfed a few cadences
into those shimmering guts

None had the gumption to be taken
looks in their eyes      doe’s,
caught in the glare,
                    little birds come to roost
and little insects trodden easily.

Leaves and boughs, dust and clouds
See clearly what is
Everything else is illusion
                              Minds-eye.

Shootin straight.

Less intricate and more straight on than some of your recent offerings. And at the same time more compelling. As always a good hand with the phonetics of the language.

Well done!

You have eschewn the 18th century language and created a strong view of what is; using just enough unusual words to add a panache of savory piquancy to your achievement.
