Sometimes
the Minds eye
is filled with pictures of
past lives

eons past
the Earth trembled
as they walked
Smote the clouds they did
Those warbling trills
reverberating
slowly
filling the night skies

Millions
multitudinous speckles
grazing the jowls
as He lifted her above

Straddling the masses
as the rumbles passed
quakes alighting
and stilling and
then coruscating again
in ever flown shards of slivered glass

specks dancing
as they do in god's eye
motes are we all

swimming
like krill
in the warm blanket of Our lives
scuddles and ensconced in the warmth

she took Me back to that time
whence I knew not My self and
whence all that filled My mind
was eye so amber and glazed fervour

Burned again and
again as He writhed
in her embrace
her flesh coiling
unto His and then
separating

She looked down and saw
and then could
not see anymore
                        who began and beget
and who pealed
and then Smote
                        her lips in a rictus
of unblinded lust
as He wanted her to be

excellent

I can't choose a favorite section in this one. The entire poem is too good.

Oh wow... what Motes, wonderfully re-visited.

"swimming

like krill

in the warm blanket of Our lives

scuddles and ensconced in the warmth"

wow... It was very good until I read these lines and I thought, yes, even better. Good, good stuff.

Smite thee thou coruscated scuddles!

. . . in God's eye.

Powerful imagery as expected.

Unusual words as usual.

edits?

"minds" - should be possessive.

" beget" - should it be past tense?
