Less than zero funds. A car, no gas, oil change
due about seventeen years ago. A thin break across
the windshield makes me think I'm wearing bifocals.
Tryin' my damndest to get to a place where I can
have a garden, a kind husband, and finally the peace
I deserve. All of my children [will] have curly hair.
