Times are hard, as we all know,
And things ain't gettin' better.
Its getting harder every day,
To be a real go-getter!
If you're lucky, and make money,
Don't feel happy yet.
Cause Uncle Sam, and all the others,
Will get what they can get!
Income tax is number one,
Of that you can believe!
But don't forget State Sales Tax friends,
There isn't no reprieve!
There's a tax called 'lux-u-ree',
If you're real unlucky.
City tax and county tax,
And it gets more yucky!
For if you choose to not have kids,
Its plain for you to see.
You know they'll punish you some more,
A school-tax there will be!
Cause though, you've paid and paid, and paid,
And still you pay some more,
When you think they're thru with you,
They're knockin' at your door!
So finally when you're all Taxed out,
And when you're feeling broke.
And when there's nothing left to grab,
Their hand's still in your poke!!

A perveyism of his own.

A Perve invert

Uncle goes straight today and supplies his own form and ideas.

Reading about taxes can be taxing, but this is generally a fun read.

I do wish that the poet would divide his poems into stanzas.

Maybe there is even hope for the king of pop?

.

yeah no one wants to pay em but thank God my the people who I depend on every day had somewhere to go to school..think of the punishment for childless people to live in a world where other people's kids did not have an education. don't have any answers really. just know that someone has to pay for it.
