The last lonesome urban Robinson
hauls
his human profile
across the assured deserts
of squalid aridity.

Astonished
in his urgent affairs
across new deserts of knowledge
he hauls
a pure sin plicity
perfectly cynic
in its dryness.

Somersaulting
in informative superabundance
where all becomes vague
in his inflationary core
spreads the humourlessness
of an irate being in permanent deficit.

In a defensive eclectic cry
filled with rock-strewn anger
the last Robinson
tends and propagates
that paradox that all engulfs
                          all submerges
                                            into nothingness.

I love reading something where part of the point is not just the meaning of the words but the structure of those words. Well crafted.

Powerful!

Great stuff, and I'd expect nothing less from you, Lauren.

Perfection ..............

LH hones her words to fine points and wastes not one drop of emotion or meaning.
