Ode to a married man

Bought a ticket
To take a flight
Gonna leave here
Sometime tonight
Packed my bags
And grabbed my things
And took off
My wedding ring
She sat by me
And we spoke
She was a looking
For some hope
She asked me
Why does it seem
That all the guys
Who looked like dreams
Were really just
Married guys
Trying to get away
From their wives
I told her
That really sucked
And I told her
I had no luck
And she fell
For my lies
And she decided
We should try
So I came over
To her place
She said wait
And soon I'll taste
And she came
In her robe
And we were kissing
She disrobed
Things were hot
Without a doubt
I got in her
And heard a shout
It was her husband
With a gun
And he shot me
And I spun
As I lay their
A pool of blood
Someone new
Had just come
My wife appeared
She had no ring
Gave some cash
Gave everything
And she smiled
and took the gun
And shot me
I was done
As a collapsed
To the floor
A married man
I'll be no more...

Nice plot

I liked the part where she complained that all the good men were married pretending that they weren't and the husband agreed saying that "sucked". Both were liars, actually. Nice.
