Winter Snow by Stryderthorongil

It snowed yesterday. Sitting by the window, watching the flakes sift through the trees, I thought about love. Each flake representing a moment in time, a memory, a piece of our life together that slowly accumulates on the Earth's surface building the foundation of our love. Some flakes land on branches, staying longer in our memories before later falling as the winds of time move through our souls. The sun reflects off the flakes, sending smiles through our hearts at one moment, melting away memories in the next. The snow stops, the memories begin to fade, but as in nature when the snow falls again, our love will be rekindled as new flakes sift through the trees and add to our foundation.

Very sweet...

I love the snow...I love how it makes everything new and bright. Each flake different, yet when together, you only see beauty... ~ Honey
