There once was a femme fatale with sparkling eyes of blue.
Her extremely long hair had a striking reddish hue.

Her smile lit up the room and she was never a bore.
Keeping many a suitor coming back for more.

As a nature lover, her favourite spot was in the forest down by the lake.
Where she could often be seen eating a Cadbury's Flake.

She was also an animal lover and had a degus called Foo.
He was a rather messy creature and loved to poo.

Her name was Kaery but was often mispronounced Kerry.
A glass of white wine often kept her merry.

Today purple satin underwear was top of her list to buy.
Her aim being to impress Alex, a handsome English guy.

Her favourite lingerie store by chance was offering a considerable reduction.
Good news indeed for her planned seduction.

With underwear successfully purchased, came the hour of their date.
Without warning a train strike caused Alex to be late.

To get back in Kaery's good books Alex offered to buy them dinner.
This would no doubt be a sure fire winner.

Too late, as Kaery was a stickler for punctuality, she had already flown into a rage.
As for poor Alex he ended up in Foo's cage!
