Older But Bolder!
We may get older, but we get bolder,
And we go out to have lots of fun.
If we get tired, we're not expired,
We just sit awhile to enjoy the sun!
When we're together, we forget weather,
Cause cold or hot don't bother us none.
We may be slower, but we're still goers,
And it "feels good" when all's said and done!
There's nothing better, than getting wetter,
And thinking of all the fun you've had.
If you go back years, and shed a few tears,
They're tears of happy times and not bad!
There's joy and wonder, and things to ponder,
About how we've lived through all the years.
We should feel happy, and maybe sappy,
And quit wasting our time shedding tears!
We can go walking, and enjoy talking,
And share our life with a brand new friend.
So just enjoy life, forget all that strife,
Cause nothing else matters in the end!!
