to find a metaphor
to articulate
the experience
of hours and moments
that only sees my ground..
It would be flippant
straight up...
I can now only look back
and express the sensual
visions of my past...
for my today is complete
in the all giving, all sharing,
of me and you...
Today, my nest is full,
but my past was empty,
therefore I can only
view the days from afar
before I was the star in
your circus.

As I was reading this I felt like I was in a thick fog, that kept getting thicker, till I got to the last 3 lines. They burned the fog off and it all became very clear.

Richly emotional

I could feel the emotion in your words. Excellent stuff.

To know..

of a past, and look forward

with anticipation,

that nothing is as sweet as

this moment,

that everything ever encountered

had reason, and to take that

with all your words,

and mix it to the shape of a

sweet smile, without regret,

is a delicious piece of heaven.
