I remember you
Looking up at me
The first time we made love

We took our time
Kissing and touching
On the couch first; then upstairs

Brubeck serenaded us
As we climbed the slopes
Seeking our summit in the clouds

We made up stories
Excuses to excise our fears
Which neither of us believed

We were so young then
Alone in my mother's house
Finally, naked in bed

Then, I was in you
Filling your need
As you filled mine

Your body demanded
I fill you with my seed
And so it was done

Basking in the afterglow
Wishing we could feel guilt
Unable to, we did it again
