I've been told
There's a fine line
Between love
And hate.

I've walked that line
I've straddled the fence
I've dangled to the right
I've dangled to the left.

I'm passionate in all I do
In love and in war
I've felt love and I've felt hate
But love finally won out.

So, even though
That fine line is still there
I know when I fall off the fence
There's a bigger chance

That love will prevail
Sooner or later
For to love is stronger
And hate, is a weakness.
