For when the barest breath of spring dares to embrace the newest light with twisting twirling ancient leaves once odes to death but now alight
And birds respond with sweetest sounds and drops of dew proclaim the dawn. Despite the deepest winter screams a new hope and life of day is born
And she that wept upon the earth will raise her head in stubborn hope and lift her arms to greet the light and knows that life goes on
For when a smile breaks upon her face and she risks to lean toward the light what radiance breaks upon the day as beauty of heart reflected there proclaim such noble joy.
And soon she finds that she might walk and wander through the lifting moments and keep her thoughts first to herself and whisper smiles within her heart.
