Click hereDusty cases of goodness knows what handles off things,
odd china, bric-a-brac, geological specimens stuffed.
A box full of stoppers from cut-glass decanters
on rickety looking chairs, well thumbed old volumes
vie with albums of cigarette cards, several missing
sticky corners browned with age, nudge spotted
silver tea spoons with cherubs that spill from broken
cardboard boxes. Out of control plant pots tumble
down over photograph albums, opened randomly
to children's faces in sepia once lovingly arranged,
now crushed beneath junk that knows not
nor cares what they became.
