Solely for being,
Solely for doubting,
I am two souls
Hurled into a permanent state of war
From which none will come victor.

Solely for hesitating,
Solely for wanting two suns,
I lay down and rested
On the lonesome crossroads
And called it my home

There is always someone else
Close by the storm with me,
Clinging where our feet find no ground,
When our hands find no reason.

Solely for feigning,
Solely for wasting,
I hold with me the keys
To both Heaven and Hell.
Yet let Time decide for me.

Solely for being,
Solely for doubting,
I am two souls
Hurled into a permanent state of war
From which none will come victor.
