a little bit of Chardonnay
a little be of lust
a little bit of lumber
a bit of sawdust,
you look across the table
across the living space
a mix of faded denim
a dash of sexy lace,
you take a sip of wine
smile the way you do

now I have no clue,
you say it doesn't matter
drain the bottle down
ask if I'm staying
with you, here, downtown,
I say it would be fun
you smile and say, you bet
be careful what you wish for
it might be what you get ...
