You may not remember me, but I loved you
At least, I think I did
You were kind, you were sweet
You still are
A light in a sea of ignorance
Thinking was hard, but knowing was much more painful
I wanted to be there for you
To talk about your day
To make you laugh
To hold you when you cried
To share, to relate
You're still the most unique person I've ever known
I wish you happiness in your life
I wish I could have been a bigger part of it
It kills me you'll never know
I have to look at it every day
One act can change everything
You should have said
I should have said
You may not remember me, but I loved you
