My days are dark, but where are you
I don't know what I have to do
Together I thought we could put things right
But alone it seems I have to fight
My heart cries out, can't you hear
My heart crumbles without you near
What must I do to make you see
That you are the only one for me
I'll give you space, but I wont let go
I'll find a way to let you know
That none fills my heart as much as you
I'll find a way to make you believe it too

SweetOblivionalmost 11 years agoCliched couplets that stretch the rhyming pattern but not the imagination are not the way to make anyone believe, unless you are seeking a job in writing schmaltz for Hallmark cards. S.O.
