Let there never be a day
our lips do not meet
Let there never pass a meal
without laughter

Let music play
and little girls dance
giggling
and twirling

Let no night go by
without my body pressed to yours
Let only compliments
raise our spirits, our children, our love

Let tears be less than smiles
Let years be filled with happiness
Let fears be cast to darkness
Let darkness be brought to light

What a beautiful prayer.

"Let only compliments

Raise our spirits, our children, our love"

Deep sigh.
