*Still       goes the brook
running waters cease
as emerges into the light,
rivulets of pain
feeding that earth
the parched way
Strains of whimpers
echo in the light
the Sun rises to cascade its shadows
cover the forms,
broken and twisted,
wracked in pleasures.

Birds swoop
eagles fly
the winds will spread that joy afar            *
