looking into my heart, i know what i see
it is eternal love that was meant to be
when i look into his soul, it's almost crazy
i see the the missing half of me

confidence inspired, i won't look back
he is my world, my love and that's fact
doubts all gone, nothing does my love lack
solid as a rock, solid diamond, not a crack

but i see his fear, i sense it there
not in that encompassing love we share
but in his own confidence in what he bears
and all the worries in him that tears

i look in compassion and hurt just the same
i need it to be me that he plans to name
"she is my love, my life, my flame"
i need it said with no hesitance, in vain

con ganas, pues si, that's what i need
don't sit on the fence with hesitancy
seize the moment, taking the lead
give me that future your words lead me

shout out my name, a flag unfurled
your home, your country, your very world
baby steps, is what was sold
but i long for you to be more bold

you fear others can change your mind
put you off track from this love we find
is it really that tenuous, this rope that binds
i dare you to choose and cross that line

Saucymh, my pleasure..I'm sure I'm not the only one facing love/frustration/desperation all balled up in one...it's human condition, I just tried to capture it all in a snapshot of words Lol...hoping it sounded poetic
