I stand before you bare and naked
My soul exposed to yours.
My body is trembling uncontrollably
As a soft moan escapes my lips.

Willing to give you what we both want.
But, questioning the actions we are about to take.
Should we give into this desire,
This all-consuming need for each other?

I want to be in your arms
Experiencing a pleasure I cannot contain.
I want to know the feel of your body
Pressing deeply into mine.

Are we wise to pursue this yearning?
Dare we give into our need for each other?
What becomes of the days that follow?
Can we ever go back to the way it was?

Or do we discover what we are missing
And know that we are wrong to live a lie?
Can we continue in this manner?
Without wanting more and more and more...
