A cry in the night
Lonely howl to the moon.
The dark of night
Setting through.

Cold and lonely
In a crowd of faces.
The days are long
The nights longer.

To hear the cry
The darkness hides.
Over the crowd
Silence stands.
Alone and scared.

Trembling fierce
Standing tall
Yet dying inside.

To let the silent cry
Of one's true heart.
Open it's wings
And fly again.

Willing reception.

Howling at the moon an option. A better thought to stand tall and be ready for future adventures of the heart.

A hint of a heart getting ready to open up and once again fly.
