Notice me ... here I am
waiting for that moment
when you will remember to take my hand.

Turn back the hands of time
and take me back to that place
where nothing else mattered,
when there was only you and me
wrapped in the reality of our love.

We didn't even need to touch
just the unspoken words between your gaze and mine
nothing could touch us or harm our love
we were as one ... you and I.

I still make believe that you are here
in those moments when I feel so small
before I fall into that place alone
and wonder why ...

Every time I try to fall asleep
I see you in my dreams
and your face haunts me
please ... forgive me ~

It's not that I didn't want to stay
if I could believe everything you say
but at night I pray
that it will all fade away
because I still need you ...

after all.

I liked it.

Its simple and straight forward. Sometimes the unspoken word is more powerful than the spoken one.

Another demonstration that though love ends, it still remains eternal.
