She coaxes winter winds
dancing with fingertips outstretched
flames stroking the sky.

Fallen fiery motes
are aglow on the ground.

And a
whirlwind of sparks
scatters on the breeze
composing sandpaper scratches
along cold kissed streets.

Words and illustration match so well, and though bogusbrig mentioned signposts, he left the other part unstated. This is from a part of the world where driving's done on the wrong side of the road.
