His name is Bhairav
and the heavens quake when He dances
as destruction He controls
and Death too
but the flip is Life

two coiled cobras          A third eye
That smote those demons to ashes
ere they raise their forms
His skin the color of poison
as He hath taken unto Himself all
that is mal in this World

Look ye, at the lovelies
Gathered around to make Him entranced
would He be taken
the flight of the Bird will Tell

~Folds and engulfs
Taken together
are they the paramour I waited for
Stricked with desire
a glimpse that One caught once
and that memory stayed
does that recall the way I am with thee

what is it that makes Me circle and feint
return and visit the places
My ancestors made their own
Is it your body that is My holy grail
Or your eyes that drag Me asunder

Feed Me to the craven fellows
  And Make Me whole again,
Maybe charlatans will cease their cry
and all will be as before
A forlorn spark
far in the distance      ~
