stretching out to find
that blue shoulder
in the cold late hours
of a bad dream
I use your arm as a pillow
as I swallow shattered
reflections of navigated
rivers
of a lost world where
traveling rogues still
journey to find
a hallowed path
to abandon ship

Special... That Blue Arm

That I have found so much comfort with... OOPS! That is MY arm you are talking about. I do like it anyway! This poem says so much with so few words... It is all love!!!

Deeply Emotional~

I think you can do no wrong~!!

I love the picture you have painted for us. I can just see you seeking solace in the arms of your love ... A lil darkness enters with the mention of the hallowed rogues, and thereafter. Nice poem and startling imagery. I * saw * it all.

You go Blue ~!! * Grins *

Cool Blue

A touch of blue makes a cooling poem for a heat wave. I really like 'swallowing shattered reflections' it is a nice description of a bad dream.
