Dulce was nervous, and the waiting wasn't helping at all. She was sitting outside the Vice President's office, a person she had never met, having been summoned for punishment.

But for the last half hour or so, she had just been sitting outside the Vice President's office, feeling alone, scared, and very small, listening to the secretary field phone calls. She had been told to sit and wait, and that's what she was doing. She was worried about Carla... she wanted to pull her phone out and see if she had any messages from her. She thought that might be a bad idea, though.

So she waited.

At one point the secretary answered the phone, and addressed the Vice President. Dulce's heart popped in her chest, it was time to go in and face her punishment. But it wasn't. The secretary hung the phone up and called a restaurant to make reservations for the weekend for the Vice President.

Charlotte Mason. So the Vice President was a woman.

Finally, the wait was over. Dulce was told to go into the office. She was terrified.

But the wait wasn't over. The Vice President was on the phone. She glanced up at Dulce, but only for a second before waving her to a couch across the room. Dulce went to it and sat.

She felt like sobbing. She wondered if she was going to break down completely. Ever since they had been caught, she had been unable to sleep, unable to eat. Her nerves were frayed, and she just wanted to relieve herself of guilt, to acknowledge what she had done and that she knew it was wrong, and to ask for mercy if possible.

Dulce looked at the woman on the phone. She was tall for a woman, about five feet ten, slender. The Vice President appeared to be in her early forties, which Dulce thought was fairly young to have been promoted so high in this prestigious university.

But I guess it helps if you don't get thrown out of your college in your freshman year, Dulce thought. I'll probably never be vice president of anything, because I am going to have to go back home and get a job.

Dulce put her head in her hands. She was trying very hard not to sob, but she did cry a little bit to herself. She pulled her knees up to her chest, and rolled over away from the sight of the Vice President. She didn't notice as the Vice President hung up the phone, and sat there looking at Dulce for a period of time.

The crying made her feel a little better.

Dulce, who had not slept in two days, fell asleep on the couch.

When she woke up, she was disoriented, and woke up with a start. Oh, my God, she thought. What is going to happen to me now? There's no way falling asleep on the Vice President's couch was going to be helpful. She might as well just start packing- she was headed home.

Dulce turned her tear stained face to the Vice President, who was writing something down on a piece of paper. Maybe she hadn't noticed.

"So you are awake?" the Vice President asked. "Then come over and sit in this chair in front of me."

Dulce began babbling about how sorry she was, jagged, incomplete little sentences. She hurried over and took the seat.

"Quiet, Dulce. Be quiet now."

Dulce forced herself to be silent. Her lip quivered at all the unsaid pleas that wanted to come flooding out of her.

"You know that using stolen answers on a test is a very serious offense at this university, Dulce. I know you know this because it is told to every incoming student at orientation."

"I'm so sorry," Dulce leaned forward in anguish. "I never should-"

But the Vice President slapped her hand down on top of her desk with a crack.

"Quiet, Dulce!" the woman snapped, her harsh words cutting through Dulce, scaring her. "This is not when you speak. I will tell you when to speak, and what to say when I want to hear you speak. For now, you are to listen to me. Listen very carefully."

Dulce sank into the seat, trying to appear small and unthreatening, trying to escape the terrible reality of the situation she was in.

"I know that it wasn't your idea to steal the answers and pass them out to the volleyball team, Dulce. I know whose idea it was, and those students are summarily expelled. This includes your little friend Carla, so at least the university won't have to witness any more of your little makeout sessions. Carla and the others are even now heading home, security has escorted them off campus.

"And this can be what happens to you, Dulce. I'm sure you don't want to have to go home to your parent's house and explain how you've come to waste so much money sending you here. I'm sure you don't want to have to get a job waitressing at an Applebee's or something, trying to save up money for community college. Is that correct?"

Dulce wasn't sure if this meant she should speak. She just sat there, terrified, not knowing what to do.

"Answer me, Dulce. Is this what you want?"

"No, ma'am," Dulce whispered, her voice barely audible.

The Vice President leaned back, stretching slightly in her business suit. Her eyes narrowed as she looked at Dulce, considering.

"The only reason I am going to give you a chance is because I know you weren't able to come up with this idea on your own. Your coach- or your former coach, the volleyball season is suspended for this year- tells me that you are a follower, that you are easily led by the other girls. It doesn't seem right that you should be punished for something as severely as the other former students considering that, basically, you are just weak willed and easily swayed in the wrong direction."

And Dulce did start to cry. She put her head in her hands and began to sob a bit, not very loud. Tears streamed down her face.

"Look at me, Dulce," the Vice President said. "Good. I am willing to give you another chance, but there will be conditions. Many conditions. You will be agreeing to all of them. Do you understand and accept this?"

Dulce couldn't talk. She could only nod.

"If there is any chance for you to graduate from this university, you are going to need supervision. You can't be free to act on any idea that someone puts in your head. You'll end up pregnant, on drugs, expelled... any number of things."

Charlotte Mason stood up and put her hands on her desk, and leaned forward looking intently at Dulce.

"Dulce, I am going to take control of you, and guide you through your time at this university. If I don't, someone else will. Someone who does not have your educational goals as their primary objective for you. Do you understand this?"

"That's, 'Yes, ma'am'. Do you accept this?"

"Yes, ma'am."

The Vice President sat back down.

"You are to report to me immediately after the end of your last class, every day. You are to call me on the phone the first thing when you wake up, and promptly at eleven o'clock at night every single evening. This includes weekends."

The Vice President picked up the paper she had been writing on while Dulce slept.

"This piece of paper is the motion to expel. All it requires is my signature and the filing. I can do this at any time. So do not make any mistakes. Is anything I have said unclear?"

Dulce shook her head no. The Vice President got up and walked over to stand in front of Dulce. The Vice President towered over her.

"Give me your cell phone," Charlotte Mason told Dulce. Dulce handed it over.

"Thank you. What is the password?"

"One-nine-nine-four," Dulce told her. "It's my birthday."

Charlotte Mason entered her information into Dulce's contact list. She also went to Carla's contact information and deleted that.

"You aren't to have any contact with Carla Lizetti and further. She's bad news, and bad influence on you. You'll see this in time. Of course, if I discover that you've contacted her, I'll have you tossed out with the rest of that garbage. Is any of this unclear to you, Dulce?"

"No, ma'am," Dulce whispered.

"Then you may go."

Dulce went home, and tried to study. It was hard, she was continually interrupted by calls wanting to know how it went, was she kicked out, who was kicked out. Eventually Dulce got tired of repeating the same story and turned her phone off. But it was still hard to focus... hard to study. And she was so exhausted.

But she did remember to turn her phone off and call the Vice President.

Which was the hardest phone call she had ever made.

"Hello, Dulce," the Vice President answered.

"Hello, ma'am," Dulce meekly replied.

"Very good, Dulce. I am glad to see that you can follow simple instruction. Remember you are to call me first thing in the morning, and you will report to my office immediately after your last class. If I am correct, your class ends at three o'clock?"

"Yes, ma'am."

"So around 3:15, then."

"Yes, ma'am."

"Very good," Charlotte Mason said, and hung up the phone.

Dulce sat there for a minute, not realizing the conversation had ended, or not trusting herself to be the one who hung up first. It was time for bed.

She was exhausted, and yet was unable to sleep. She slid her fingers down her belly, and into her panties, and caressed her pussy. She found a little moisture there, and began rubbing herself until it blossomed, until her pussy was fully wet and accommodating to her fingers.

Dulce slid her fingers into her pussy, and fucked herself with them. She put her fingers onto her clit, and spiraled over it until she was humming there, and then her hips bucked with her orgasm.

She rolled over to sleep. She told herself she was missing Carla.
