Small ways to end things:
little cockles held to the ear
Patience never a strong point;  and why not?
Took away the gels
of the sea
and the knells
of the ways
o wayfarer

did ripples on water
slow me down
Long cadences, easy mifflings

she took the breath that lay on the winter scarp
she played the vapour held on strings of finest piano wire
why not the heathen
                              who else would dare
and who else could?
