Hate
Intolerance and schism
A division bell rung to call

Faith
Vengeance and fear
A persecution and purge

Shielded by belief and led astray
Armored in hypocrisy
Witch hunt held by greed

God
Excuse and execution
A talisman of Armageddon

Glory
Deceive and belie
A falsified status of arrogance

Wrapped in faith and fed fantasy
Shrouded in secrets
Blacklist the disbeliever

Sin
Arbitrary and cruel
A condemnation of self

Hell
Abundant and here
An example of reality

Held in grasping fingers and lust
Imprisoned in deception
Vilify the outsider

sticky disaffection

Some sticky poetic aphorisms that glue themselves together with appealing disaffection. They caught me in their glue, several times. Not that these sentiments are novel or rare, they are populace and breeding fast but your presentation holds my attention. After several readings I still think of this as "they" rather than "it" but they are like lovers that shouldn't be separated. "Glory" is especially sweaty and full of musk.
