Candle lights...
suffusing the glow over her face
...sheens of water, reflecting the pools of desire,
fire almost....Burning and alit...
Soft cadences, that click of the door as He returns
....expectant look as a head is cocked
...ears straining....
Whispers in the mind
...who knows the way, will He find the trail...
small spots almost dried...across the pristine floors,
the lights of His desires
....and then the click as the last entrance is breached.....,
slipping under the water, breath held
....silences drawn...
Hearts aflutter...
A rain of rose petals
....all over the room..
as her little tricks show the way
....who is the One who leads,
and where will He go
....Candles finally guttering ...
and still the waters roil
...twain ne'er leaving....
