He grabbed my hands
enveloped them in his warm grasp.
Putting pressure in the center of my palms,
rubbing his thumbs in small circles.
Running his fingers through each of mine;
sent shivers all over my body.
I wanted to close my eyes
and let go that breath that held in my anxieties.
His hands felt too good on my skin,
covered in calluses
but they were smooth
when they rubbed against my sensitive palms.
Like gentle fingernails gliding down you back;
Oh I really fought to hold that breath!

His back was turned,
oblivious to my inner machinations.
So I let my eyes and mind drift.
My eyes to his face and my mind to my center.
Smooth dark chocolate man,
tastes so bitter but melts in your mouth.
The most sensual aphrodisiac,
he was setting my need ablaze.
I was craving it now
my thoughts became
primal
basic.
I focused my eyes on his countenance once more
my face hot with wishful thinking.
Hoping he'd feel the heat
emanating from me.
Yet praying my desire wasn't exposed.
He turned at once
with a warm smile,
letting go my hand.
I smiled in return,
let go that breath,
said noting more than
thank you
and parted ways.
