I want to merge with your face
feed you my soul through neurons
on the tip of my tongue
and in the roof of your mouth
connecting
now sliding slipping into place
a perfect fit carved with care
a shelter to rest so very close
to that brave and beautiful
mind
letting me forget to breathe
for an eyes closed minute fall
through warm soft dark to lose
track of the line between us
separating
so that we can beat as one
and speak as one when you
invite me into that tranquil
zen garden hazel vanilla mist
marvel
no I don't want to kiss you
but sacrifice my sanity there
on the threshold of your lips
where I found a home a haven
forever
