The spur of loneliness grew.
The time without you.
The lingering of thought.
The closeness of you sought.

As the feeling of something missing.
Like the times of kissing.
Away does go the loneliness pain.
Like a drought come a pouring rain.

Like the last drop of dew.
As the sun comes shining thru.
The lonely drop crashes in a bed of grass.
No longer, it now has pass.

But the promise of a new.
In the next day's moisture grew.
Till the warmth grows again.
The spur of loneliness draws thin.

As some where will fall.
The loneliness of a wet ball.
And the cycle will repeat.
Then I will smile when again we meet.

The Shareing of a soul.
Tempting a smile to grow.
Time together I will purr.
Yet the loneliness spur.
