~ Time stands still,
ere I come to thee again
Nothing changes,
    Immutable rocks,
    scudding clouds,
will the birds find Me their companion?
winging it across the veldt of the sky
Sustain Me nigh,
    My Heart is a flutter,
    will that last till I
    cross into the vortices
Will thee remain?
patient and scrutable,

Make me yours,
in ways I can only dream of,

The banyan tree cries,
as its roots find succour.
will thee be Mine when the stars are gone?
