Explain this to me
How after all our history
You can so easily say good-bye
You wouldn't even look at me while I cry

It feels like eight years meant nothing
To me you were my everything
You can't even see
What you've done to me

But if this is how it has to be
Then it's fine with me
Just what did you expect me to say
Did you want me to beg you not to go away

Well I'm not going to plead
Because I don't need
You after all
