War marketing
Since Hannibal
Treats slaughter philosophically,

As if it were
Somebody's lawn.
You'd want your lawn to be well-edged—

Well, wouldn't you?
I knowI would.
So edge my lawn and calm my heart
With bound'ries built of body parts.

Agree with Bflagsst

Those lines are dynamite and the whole poem is quite interesting. Certainly warrants repeat readings. I'm glad you shared. This was also mentioned in today's recommendation thread in the poetry forum if you want to come by.
